Falafel Patties


Ingredients: garbanzo beans, roasted garlic, onion, parsley, salt, baking soda, jalapenos, spices. Comes ready to cook. Can be served in pita bread or in a wrap garnished with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and Tahina sauce (made from sesame seeds) or can be served as an appetizer.

Falafel Patties – Cooking Instructions

For frozen Falafel Patties
Ready to Cook

To Fry:
Heat vegetable oil or canola oil to 375F. Carefully place the frozen falafel patties on a frying spoon and place it gently in the hot oil. CAUTION: Do NOT drop, as it may splash. Do NOT let falafel patties thaw. Fry falafel patties for 3 to 4 minutes or till golden brown and floats at the surface. Pick up with frying spoon and place fried falafel on a paper towel to drain excess oil. Serve warm.

To Bake:
Preheat oven to 375F. Spray baking pan with vegetable oil or olive oil. Place frozen falafel patties directly on baking pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until they are lightly brown (or brown to your liking). Serve warm.

To Pan Fry:
Drizzle olive oil in a skillet and put on medium to high heat. Place the falafel patties on the skillet and brown the falafel to your liking on each side. Cool and enjoy.

To Air Fry:
Preheat air fryer to 375F. Line with parchment paper/other liner, or spray rack with vegetable oil or olive oil. Place frozen falafel patties directly inside the air fryer basket. Bake for 10 minutes, until they are lightly brown (or brown to your liking). Serve warm.

 


Falafel Sticks


Ingredients: garbanzo beans, roasted garlic, onion, parsley, salt, serrano pepper, spices, and canola oil. Comes fully cooked. Just heat and eat for easy preparation. A perfect finger food for parties and hors d’oeuvre trays. They can be served with many dipping sauces including the traditional Tahina or yogurt sauce.

For frozen Falafel Sticks
Ready to Eat

Toaster Oven:
Preheat a toaster oven to 300F. Place the frozen precooked Sticks in the toaster oven for 10 minutes. Ready to serve.

 


Falafel Burgers


Ingredients: garbanzo beans, roasted garlic, onion, parsley, salt, serrano peppers, spices, and organic canola oil. Ready in under 10 minutes. Serve this just like a hamburger without the guilt. Perfect on a bun with fresh veggies.

Falafel Burgers – Cooking Instructions

For frozen Falafel Burgers

Toaster Oven:
Preheat a toaster over to 375F. Place the frozen precooked Burgers in the toaster oven for 10 minutes. Ready to serve.

To Pan Fry:
Place cooking oil in a frying pan and heat 350F. Gently place the frozen falafel burger in the pan for 1 minute on each side. Remove and place a paper towel covered plate. Ready to serve.
